Blueberry Muffin Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of preferred milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup raw oats
  • 1 scoop Cocoa Elite™ Complete Body Recovery Protein
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Optional: Top with coconut or blueberries!
