Chocolate Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of Cocoa Elite™ Complete Body Recovery Protein
  • ½ cup of gluten-free oats
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons baking stevia
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 large banana
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients (protein powder, oats, stevia, baking powder and soda).
  3. Combine and mash the banana with the egg whites and other wet ingredients.
  4. Whisk together the dry and wet ingredients.
  5. Line a muffin pan and fill ¾ of the way full.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
