Chocolate Coffee Coconut Granola


  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup cacao nibs
  • ⅔ cup Cocoa Coffee Everyday Cocoa Whey
  • ½ cup unsweetened apple juice
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons virgin coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Heat the protein powder, apple juice, syrup, coconut oil and salt in a medium saucepan, whisk until mixture is just beginning to bubble. Add vanilla.
  4. Pour mixture over oats, cocoa nibs and coconut. Spread evenly on prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 42-45 minutes.
