Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar


  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • 3 scoops of Cocoa Elite’s Complete Body Vegan Protein
  • ½ cup organic brown rice crisps cereal
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon dark chocolate vegan chips


  1. Lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. Blend rolled oats.
  3. Mix processed rolled oats with quick oats, protein powder, chocolate chips, and cereal.
  4. In a pan over medium heat, stir maple syrup and peanut butter until melted. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour mixture over oats and stir.
  5. Let cool and slice.
