- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup quick oats
- 3 scoops of Cocoa Elite’s Complete Body Vegan Protein
- ½ cup organic brown rice crisps cereal
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon dark chocolate vegan chips
- Lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Blend rolled oats.
- Mix processed rolled oats with quick oats, protein powder, chocolate chips, and cereal.
- In a pan over medium heat, stir maple syrup and peanut butter until melted. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour mixture over oats and stir.
- Let cool and slice.
