Chocolate Pumpkin Mousse

Ingredients:

Pumpkin Layer:

  • 1 (15 oz) can organic pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 (14 oz) can unsweetened coconut cream (use the white solid of it)

Chocolate Layer:

  • 2 large, ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • 4 scoops of Cocoa Elite™ Complete Body Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 4 oz of dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Blend each layer separately until smooth.
  2. Add the pumpkin layer and top with the chocolate later.
  3. Refrigerate overnight then serve.
