Cocoa Energy Bites
- 1 cup (dry) oatmeal
- 2/3 cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup ground flax seed
- 1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
- ¼ cup Cocoa Elite™ Complete Body Vegan Protein
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, store-bought or homemade
- Mix all ingredients together, cover, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, roll into balls and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
