Cocoa Energy Bites

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (dry) oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup ground flax seed
  • 1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Elite™ Complete Body Vegan Protein
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, store-bought or homemade

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together, cover, and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Once chilled, roll into balls and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
