Origin Volleyball Studio

Volleyball Training Organization

Origin Volleyball Studio, located in Orange County, California, is a private volleyball training organization.  The goal of Origin is to take athletes to the next level in their volleyball careers.  Origin utilizes technology, practical application of skills and continuous feedback to provide knowledge to their athletes.  As a result, the athlete has a strong foundation to build upon.

Their coaches take the time to work with individuals on their personal growth path. This is accomplished by teaching athletes HOW to make necessary changes for themselves. The learning process is extended beyond when a coach is watching by helping individuals hold themselves accountable for their own repetitions and improvements. Origin’s goal is to mold volleyball players into true athletes by providing them with the information and tools they need to reach their potential.

Origin Volleyball Studio also sponsors an Adult Women’s team that competes in tournaments thought the U.S.

Currently in the U.S. there is no professional league for women.  Therefore, most female volleyball athletes continue their careers overseas for 8 months out of the year.

However, some plans are underway to make changes to this situation. For example, the VLA (Volleyball League America) is a recently new professional men’s volleyball league and plans to create a women’s league in the next few years.

Origin aims to be ready to implement their Women’s team into the Pro League when it begins.
