Certified Sports Specialist Dietitian
Ashley Reaver is the founder of Ashley Reaver Nutrition, a private practice that offers services in Oakland, CA and virtually. She also created My Weekly Eats, a health and wellness blog and social media brand that focuses on easy, make ahead recipes and meal plans.
Ashley works with individuals across their lifespan by providing knowledge and skills about food choices. Furthermore, she helps them expand their cooking abilities. Ashley works with clients all over the country to remove stress and confusion around their food choices. In addition, she works for the health optimization company, InsideTracker, which utilizes blood biomarkers to provide lifestyle changes to improve health, longevity, and athletic performance.
Ashley’s knowledge areas and counseling specialties include sports nutrition, weight loss, cooking classes, meal planning, and intuitive eating principles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from Cornell University. She completed her dietetic internship at California Polytechnic University, Pomona. Afterwards, she earned her Master of Science in Nutrition Science and Policy from Tufts University. Ashley is also a Certified Sports Specialist Dietitian.
As a lifelong athlete, Ashley’s athletic career began as a competitive gymnast and eventually included soccer and lacrosse. After college, she began distance running, completing numerous half marathons before competing in triathlons. In 2017, she completed a half Ironman and continues to train for endurance events, and practices, yoga.
When Ashley isn’t working, you can find her hiking, cooking in her kitchen, or spending time with her family.
