- 4 tablespoons of cashew butter (or almond or peanut butter)
- 2 scoops of Arctic Cocoa Coconut
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of brewed coffee
- 4 oz of dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
- Make an endurance dough with Cocoa Elite, nut butter, chopped nuts, maple syrup, and coffee. If the dough is too dry, add more liquid. If it is too wet, add more Cocoa Elite powder.
- Add to a chocolate bar mold and top with melted dark chocolate.
- Let sit until solid then enjoy!
