Pumpkin Apple Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup canned pumpkin
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium apple, cut into pieces
  • ½ banana, sliced and frozen
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ⅛ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 scoops of Cocoa Elite™ Complete Body Recovery Protein
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend oats first until ground.
  2. Blend the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
